Present revision has been filed against the order passed by the learned Rent Controller in M.P.No.189/2019 in R.C.O.P.No.214 of 2019 dated 16.12.2019.

2. Against the order passed by the learned Rent Controller, an appeal lies before the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority under Section 23 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960. is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appeal before the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority, if he is so advised. Registry is directed to return the original order passed by the learned Rent Controller to the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
