This application was filed to grant unconditional discharge to the applicant in the above Insolvency Petition.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that entire claim has been settled.

3. The learned official Assignee also submitted that the judgement debtor has settled the entire claim.

Therefore, he has no objection for allowing this application.

4. In view of the above, this application is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, unconditional discharge has been granted to the applicant.
