(Order of this Court was made by M.S.RAMESH.J,) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 40 days in filing the above appeal against acquittal as against the judgment of the learned Special Judge, Special Court for NIA Cases, Poonamallee in Spl.S.C.No.28 of 2022 dated 11.11.2024.

2.It is brought to the notice of the Court that an appeal has also been preferred by the respondent herein as against the same order passed by the Special Court.

3. In view of the same, the delay is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
