Second Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.23 of 1997 dated 30.04.1999, on the file of the Sub Ordinate Court, Kancheepuram, confirming the judgment and decree passed in O.S. No.385 of 1992, dated 05.07.1996, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Kancheepuram. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the sole appellant died. 3.So far no steps have been taken and the legal representatives of the appellant are not impleaded. Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are also closed.
