ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to refund the sum of Rs.51,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty One Lakhs only) due to the petitioner's firm as ascertained by the 3rd respondent and as per the terms and conditions laid down in the tender agreement. 2.Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents fairly submitted that the dispute between the petitioner as well as the Tourism Development Corporation has already been settled and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
