O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Pochampalli for speedy disposal of the case in Crl.M.P.No.1664 of 2021.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed a complaint under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Pochampalli on 17.11.2021.

He further submitted that till now no order was passed on the petitioner's complaint. Therefore, the present petition has been filed.

3. This Court fails to understand as to why the complaint given under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., is kept pending from 17.11.2021. Therefore the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate is directed to pass appropriate orders on the complaint given by the petitioner under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., against one Sekar, respondent herein, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and sent compliance report to this Court.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
