However, the matter was adjourned to 03.11.2023. On 03.11.2023, the time was extended upto 17.11.2023. But, still no steps have been taken against the deceased respondents 1 and 2. The third respondent appears to be a formal party. Therefore, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
