: Respondents/Defendants Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents 12/defendant 1-2, their men, servants or agents or anyone claiming under them from in any manner encumbering or alienating or dealing with the suit schedule mentioned property except in accordance with law, more particularly grant made in OP.No.449 of 1988 dated 07.12.1988 and the Will dated 8th January, 1987, pending disposal of the suit. This Original application coming on this day before this court for hearing in the presence of Mr.R.Thiagarajan, Advocate for the Applicants herein and Mr.S.Parthasarathy, Advocate for the respondents herein and upon reading the order herein dated 16.07.

2021, it is ordered as follows:- That the order of interim injunction granted in pursuance of the order dated 21.04.2021 made in O.A.No.105 of 2021 restraining the respondents 1 and 2/defendants 1 and 2 therein, their men, servants or agents or anyone claiming under them from in any manner encumbering or alienating or dealing with the suit property more fully set out in the schedule thereunder except in accordance with law, more particularly grant made in OP.No.

of 1988 dated 07.12.1988 and the Will dated 8th January, 1987 be and are hereby extended until further orders of this Court.

2. That the O.A.No. 105 of 2021 in C.S.No.66 of 2021 be posted on 14.09.2021.
