2. This application has been filed to grant permission to the plaintiffs to institute the intending suit as against the respondents / defendants 3 and 4, who are residing at No.4101, LIG I, MMDA Colony, Mathur, Chennai-600 068.

3. On verification of plaint, it appears that the suit schedule property is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court. Further, except the defendants 3 and 4, the plaintiffs and defendants 1 and 2 are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, in view of the above, a substantial part of the cause of action has been arised within the jurisdiction of this Court.

4. In the said circumstances, the leave prayed for by the applicant is granted. This application is allowed accordingly.

5. Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
