ORDER

The plaintiff has filed this application for permission to file two legal use certificates in respect of Trade Mark Nos.3330848 and 3610181.

2. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the applications for issuance of legal use certificates were filed in 2022 and that the legal use certificates were received in June, 2025. Shortly upon receipt, she submits that this application was filed.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents. It is stated therein that the applicant could have applied for and obtained these documents earlier.

4. The suit is at the stage of continuation of examination in chief of P.W.1. Considering the nature of the documents and the fact that these documents were received shortly before the application was filed, I conclude that reasonable cause is shown. Therefore, this 2/4

application is allowed subject to the right of the respondents to file an affidavit of admission/denial, if so intended, and raise objections inter alia on grounds of admissibility, relevancy and proof in course of trial.
