ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner of the subject property disclosed in patta No.827. However, according to the petitioner, erroneously, the name of Valliyammal finds a place in the said patta. The petitioner had given a representation dated 30.12.2025 to the second respondent seeking for removal of Valliyammal from Patta No.827. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections if any from the legal heirs of Valliyammal, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders on the

petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2025 seeking for removal of Valliyammal, who died on 08.11.1989, from Patta No.827, after hearing objections if any from the legal heirs of Valliyammal, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner. No Costs.
