a) for partition and separate possession of 1/5th share in respect of Item No.1 of Schedule - A mentioned property; 1/20th share in respect of Item No.2 of Schedule -A mentioned property and 1/5th share in respect of Schedule - B mentioned property;

b) directing the defendants to render accounts in respect of suit Schedule mentioned properties from 01.03.2002 till date of plaint; c) directing the defendants to render accounts from the date of plaint till the date of partition by metes and bounds and d) to pay the costs of the suit.

Earlier, when the Suit was posted on 31.10.2023 for hearing, there was no representation for the plaintiff and hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 07.11.2023 under the caption, "for dismissal". 2/4

2. Even today (07.11.2023), there is no representation for the plaintiff. Hence, the Civil Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected applications are closed. No costs. 07.11.2023 gv 3/4
