Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relevant to the order in G.O.(2D) No.155, dated 24.11.2017 passed by the 1st Respondent and the same was served on the Petitioner on 06.07.2018 and quash the same as illegal, improper, unreasonable, against the law and principles of natural justice and thereby direct the Respondents to regularize the Petitioner's service with effect from 10.08.2001 pursuant to the earlier order of the 1st Respondent in G.O.(2D) No.134, dated 02.12.2014 and pay back all the service and monetary benefits to the Petitioner.
