This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer of investigation in Crime No.258 of 2024 pending on the file of the second respondent to some other agency or officer for investigation and disposal in accordance with law.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.258 of 2024 has been completed and final report also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Keevalur, Nagapattinam on 24.02.2025 as against one Singaravelu for the offence under Section 279 and 337 IPC.

3. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, as no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent, and hence, the transfer of investigation in Crime No.258 of 2024 does not arise.
