This petition is filed by the petitioners/ appellants seeking to condone the delay of 140 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2. Mr.C.Vediappan, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition seeking condonation of delay. There is no representation for the respondents 2 to 4.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
