ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 2 and 4 to cancel UDR patta issued in the name of the 6th respondent for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner claims that erroneously UDR patta has been issued in favour of the 6th respondent for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner seeks for cancellation of the same through his representation, dated 23.10.2025. Since the same has not been considered by the official respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 6 to 10 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 6 to 10 is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the respondents 6 to 10 as well as any other party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2025 seeking for cancellation of UDR patta standing in the name of the 6th respondent for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 6 to 10 as well as any other party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve
(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
