O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the records relating to M.C.No.24/2015, on the file of the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai - 600 015, and quash the same.

2. Heard Mr.J.C.Durairaj, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a reading of the complaint, this court finds that sufficient materials for the trial court to proceed. Hence, this petition is dismissed.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission for dispensing with the personal appearance of Mrs.Sulochana, the first petitioner herein and Mr.Parthiban, the fourth petitioner herein. The learned counsel's request is succeeded and the presence of Sulochana and Parthiban before the trial court in M.C.No.24 of 2015 is dispensed with for the present and whenever require the court may seek their presence.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. No costs.
