ORDER

Earlier, three opportunities were granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file the translated copies of the relevant documents, which are in Tamil. However, today, the learned counsel has not filed the translation and submits that he cannot file the translation.

2. This Court is not conversant with the Tamil language and cannot adjudicate upon the matter without filing translation.

3. Though two opportunities were already afforded and the case has been posted under the caption "for dismissal", the learned counsel for the petitioner has still failed to file the translation.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
