This Court, by order dated 18.08.2020, has directed the Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram, to dispose of L.A.O.P.No.1 of 2014, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of that order. Now, the Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram, has written a letter to the Registry in D.No.36/2021 dated 07.01.2021 seeking further extension of time for four months to dispose of the case.
