that though the petitioner has come up with this petition seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.295 of 2025, pending on the file of the 1st respondent police, the investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report has been filed before the POCSO Court, Coimbatore, by way of e-filing bearing No.LTN20230000783C202600086 on 24.01.2026.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition stands closed, since nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
