Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorari, calling for the records of the first respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in A.No.372/2025 dated 07.01.2026 and quash the same. For the Petitioner :

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) As against the order impugned, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to file a statutory appeal before the Appellate Authority, therefore, with that liberty, he seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. It is made clear that, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, such an appeal shall be filed before the Appellate Authority with appropriate documents and once if it is filed, the same shall be decided at the earliest, on merits and in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.6148 and 6151 of 2026 are closed.
