JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal has been filed against the Judgement and Decree dated 12.10.2009 passed in A.S.No.48 of 2008 on file of the Sub Court, Perambalur, confirming the Decree and Judgement dated 14.07.2004 passed in O.S.No.428 of 1997 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Perambalur.

2. No representation for the appellant despite the appeal has been posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 05.03.2021 and later it was restored on the representation made by the learned counsel for the appellant on 19.03.2021.

3. Since no argument is advanced despite of repeated opportunities have been granted, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
