[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to respondents to produce the petitioner's wife viz., Nithya, aged about 21 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. Detenue has been produced, she having been traced by her mother at Bangalore. Petitioner is present. Detenue informs that she and petitioner were married but as she was unhappy, she left the matrimonial home on her own accord and with the help of her friend had gone away to Bangalore, where she had been traced by her mother. Detenue informs her unwillingness to accompany the petitioner and states that she will return to the home of her parents. Petitioner has been informed such position through his counsel.
