This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.463 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same in respect of the petitioner/A2.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in Crime No.957 of 2018, the respondent completed the investigation and filed a charge sheet on 28.08.2017 and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.3 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Poonamallee. As such, no effective orders can be passed in this present petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
