These petitions have been filed to implead the proposed respondent/The Inspector of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Coimbatore, as 2nd respondent in the above criminal original petitions.

2.Since the case had been transferred to EOW, Coimbatore, all these criminal miscellaneous petitions are allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the petitions by showing the 2nd respondent as the Inspector of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Coimbatore, and list the main cases on 02.02.2024.
