[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue, Ajeetha aged 17 years, has filed this petition seeking a direction to first respondent to produce her daughter before this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the second respondent has been arrested in case registered in Crime No.547 of 2015 on the file of first respondent for offence u/s.366-A IPC, the case having been registered in connection with the detenue herein having gone missing. The detenue has been secured by first respondent and produced before learned Judicial Magistrate II, Thiruvannamalai, on 07.10.2015. She had then informed of intent not to join her parents and accordingly, she had been sent to Nesam Service Centre.

4. Today, the detenue as also her mother are present before this Court. On enquiry, the detenue informs intent to go along with her mother, the petitioner herein. Recording the same, this Court directs that the detenue shall be entrusted to the care and custody of petitioner/mother. This Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
