Relating to the proceedings in R.C.S.No.4 of 2016 pending on the file of the I Additional District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ulundurpet, the petitioner was directed to appear before the Trial Court for her version. Even though the petitioner appeared before the Court, she failed to file her objections.

2.It is now submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the case has been posted on 10.04.2017 before the Trial Court for further proceedings. Hence a direction is issued to the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court on that day and file objections.
