Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.18458 of 2020, order dated 15.12.2020 in Crime No.1214 of 2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.ARUN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Through video conferencing) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.18458 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.18458 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and required for interrogation.
