Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate action on the constructions made by the respondents 6 to 9 in the property bearing Door No.60, Gandhi Street, West Mambalam, Chennai 600 033 in accordance with the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act and the Rules and Regulations made thereunder based on his representation dated 07.11.2020 and pass such other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the Act.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with a liberty to workout his further remedy in accordance with law before the competent Forum and also undertakes to send an endorsement through E-Mail to the Registry of this Court to that effect.

2. This Court heard the submission of Mr.Raja Srinivas, learned Senior Standing Counsel (Corporation) appearing for respondents 1 to 5 also.

3. In the light of the submission made, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn and if the petitioner is so advised and if it is available to him under law, he is at liberty to workout his remedies in accordance with law before the competent forum. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
