WP.No.29119 of 2013:Petition Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for all the connected records in G.O. (D) 389 P.W. (F2) Department dated 25.9.2013 and to quash the same consequently to restore the increments already accrued with arrears further for promotion as A.E.E. putting the petitioner in the appropriate place in the ensuing panel to which the petitioner is entitled to with service benefits etc.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to file a review petition before the learned Single Judge and has also made an endorsement to that effect as under: "Writ Appeal is withdrawn to file a review before the Hon'ble Court."
