(CRIME NO.4/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions which is that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m., until further order by this Honble Court in Crl.MP.No.10800 of 2021 in Crl.OP No.19165 of 2021 by order dated 25.10.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.ABRAR MOHAMED ABDULLAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.10800 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19165 of 2021 dated 25.10.2021. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
