Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed in para.No.3 of the order dated 09.03.2020 made in Crl.MP.No.2893/2020 in Crl.MP.No.15477/2019 in Crl.OP.No.7612/2019 on the file of this Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.J.MOHAMED SATHIK, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e. 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.2893 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.7612 of 2019 dated 09.03.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.2893 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.7612 of 2019 dated 09.03.2020 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
