These applications have been filed to declare M.Banu Sarath Sharma born on 15.05.1998 as a major and to discharge the applicant/petitioner from the guardianship of M.Banu Sarath Sharma. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. 3.A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the applications would show that M.Banu Sarath Sharma born on 15.05.1998 has become major. Therefore, M.Banu Sarath Sharma is declared as major. The guardian viz., the petitioner in the Original Petition is discharged from the guardianship of M.Banu Sarath Sharma. Both the applications are ordered accordingly.
