This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 82 days in preferring appeal.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the fourth respondent was served and her name is being printed in the cause list, but no representation for her. The respondents 5 to 7, who are the driver and owner of the vehicle, were remained ex-parte before the Tribunal.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3/claimants submitted that he has no objection for allowing this petition.

4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsels appearing for both sides and on being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
