The Writ Petition challenges the Order in Procs. No. 007033/A1/2023 dated 02.01.2023 passed by the Respondent by which the Petitioner has been transferred from Ariyalur to Virudhachalam.

It has been brought to notice that the impugned order has been superseded by Order in Ref. Proc. No. 1536/A3/2023 dated 23.03.2023 passed by the Respondents transferring the Petitioner from Ariyalur to Alangulam, which is challenged in W.P. No. 10520 of 2023 before this Court. In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition. In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
