ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., direct the respondents 1 & 2 to transfer the investigation from the 4th respondent to 3rd respondent and investigate the same in pursuant F.I.R.No.1234/2014 dated 24.12.2014 pending on the file of the 4th respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the crime is of the year 2014. After completing the investigation, the action dropped on 16.08.2015 and a closure report also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Mettur.

3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. The 4th respondent police is hereby directed to issue a copy of the closure report to the petitioner if not served.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
