(CRIME NO.885/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.OP.No.25339 of 2021 order dated 23.12.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.R.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25339 of 2021, dated 23.12.2021, to surrender the petitioner and execute the sureties.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is unable to mobilize money, he could not able to deposit the amount and furnish the sureties within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time. 3.
Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since the petitioners could not able to deposit the amount and furnish the sureties within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time for depositing the amount and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. -sd/- 10/02/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
