No.26550 of 2023 and fix the compensation only to the owners and further, not to take coercive steps to evict the petitioner from the property.
2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that as per the undertaking made in WP.No.26550 of 2023, the award was passed and compensation was fixed. Further, he would
submit that subsequent to the award, the matter was also referred to the LAOP Court for enhancement of compensation and the same is pending in LAOP.Nos.108 & 109 of 2024 before the learned Principal District Judge. Hence, he would submit that no further order is required in these cases.
4. In view of the above submission, it is clear that nothing survives in these petitions, which may be a reason for non-appearance of the petitioners. In such case, this Court is inclined to dismiss the present petitions.
