Petitioner is called absent. An order was passed by this Court on 24.02.2021 to the following effect:

'Mr.R.P.Pratap Singh, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for R1 and Mr.K.Sathishkumar, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for the R2 and both learned counsel seek some time to obtain instructions and file a counter.

2. The passing of order dated 31.12.2020 directing re-location of shop No.141 at Murugapalayam Road, Sellam Nagar, Tiruppur South https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Village, Tiruppur District (shop in qusetion) within 15 days is undisputed.

In such circumstances, there is no justification for the shop in question to continue till date. Let effect be given to that order and reported to this Court on 25.02.2021.

2. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, it is reported today that the shop bearing No.141 (shop in question) has, by proceedings in Na.Ka.No.143/2020/A6 dated 24.02.2021, been tentatively closed. This is recorded.
