ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The writ of mandamus has been instituted to direct the respondent to provide proper medical treatment to the petitioner/prisoner at the Government Stanley Hospital.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on written instructions would submit that treatment has been provided by the medical officer at the prison hospital.
3. As per the report of the Civil Assistant Surgeon, Central Prison Hospital dated 27.01.2025, the health condition of the prisoner is good. If that be so, the relief as such sought for in the writ petition deserves no merit consideration. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Index : yes/no (S.M.S.,J.)
