JUDGMENT

A perusal of the records shows that the Second Appeal has not been admitted so far and there is no representation on behalf of the appellants on several occasions. Today also there is no representation for the appellants. The second appeal is of the year 2010 and hence, I do not find any reason to keep the appeal pending.

2. In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
