Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police daily at 5.30 p.m. as condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 25476 of 2021 vide order dated 05.01.2022. in Cr.No. 329 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.SATHISH KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25476 of 2021, dated 05.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police, is relaxed.
