Prayer W.P.No.11208 of 2003: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order calling for the records relating to the Notification of the 3rd respondent dated 20.12.2002 published in 'Hindu' along with records relating to communication in HOD (Spl. Exam.P&T) 2002 dated 18.12.2002 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and forbear the respondents from interfering with the right of admission of the petitioner of the Students for its deemed University and pass orders.
Prayer W.P.No.11209 of 2003: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order calling for the records relating to the Notification of the 3rd respondent dated 20.12.2002 published in 'Hindu' and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and forbear the respondents from interfering with the right of admission of the petitioner of the Students for its deemed University and pass orders.
