Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that as per the conditional order passed by this Court for grant of stay, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of the suit before the Trial Court and he may be permitted to withdraw the same.

3. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- deposited by him before the Trial Court. No costs.
