JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was authored by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This writ appeal has been directed against the order passed by the Writ Court dated 16.02.2022 made in W.P.No.23356 of 2021.

2. By the said order, the writ petition was allowed, whereby, directions have been given to give approval to the appointment of the writ petitioner, who is the first respondent herein, as B.T. Assistant.

3. Aggrieved over the said other, though this writ appeal has been filed, today, when the writ appeal is taken up for hearing, Mr.J.C.Durairaj, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants, would submit that during the pendency of the writ appeal, the orders passed by the Writ Court, which is impugned herein, has been complied with and in support of his contentions, he has produced a copy of the order passed by the Chief Educational Officer, Thiruvallur dated April, 2025, by which, the appointment of the Teacher concerned, who is the writ petitioner/first respondent, has been approved by upgrading the post as B.T. Assistant in the School where the Teacher is presently working.

4. In view of the said compliance having been made of the order impugned, no further adjudication is required in this appeal. Hence, recording the aforesaid developments, this writ appeal is dismissed, as having become infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.12147 of 2023 is closed.
