Rajagopal, aged 32 years, (who is presently under going detention in the central prison, Puzhal, Chennai), before this Court and set him at liberty. For Petitioner :

ORDER

S.VAIDYANATHAN, J., A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in Memo CPT No.60/2021 dated 30.11.2021, detaining her husband as "DRUG OFFENDER" under Section 2(e) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.1386, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 14.03.2022 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
