O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to survey the property comprised in S.No.45/1 to an extent of 0.20 cents, situated at Thorappalli Agraharam, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and to fix the boundaries so as to fence the property by considering the representation dated 30.11.2022.

In respect of property at Survey No.45/1 to an extent of 0.20 cents situated at Thorappalli Agraharam, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, the petitioner had made an application on 30.11.2022 and on 28.11.2022 fee also was paid for the purpose of surveying the land to identify the four boundaries, therefore in order to consider the same and to do the needful by the 2nd respondent Tahsildar, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the aforestated prayer.

3. Heard Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned counsel appearing for the 2/5

petitioner and Mrs.Senthil Selvi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. In view of the order going to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 3 to 7 is dispensed with.

The learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that, the representation of the petitioner or application submitted by the petitioner dated 30.11.2022 would be considered and the needful would be undertaken by the 2nd respondent Tahsildar within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following orders: There shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 30.11.2022 and to do the needful by completing the survey for identifying the four boundaries within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 3/5
