The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to survey the property comprised in S.No.4/A to an extent of 10 acres, situated at Mettupandhanapalli Village, Soolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District and to fix the boundaries so as to fence the property by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2022.

In respect of the land at Survey No.4/A to an extent of 10 acres situated at Mettupandhanapalli Village, Soolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, it is the claim of the petitioner that, the property originally belongs to the petitioner's father late one Raju, during his lifetime on 11.07.2022 he had made a request and paid a fee through E-challan to survey the land to identify the four boundaries thereafter he died and in continuation of the same, since the petitioner inherited the property, he has made a request on 30.11.2022 to the respondents to survey the land, however since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition with the aforestated prayer.
3. Heard Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.Senthil Selvi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

The learned Government Advocate for the respondents would submit that, the said application submitted by the petitioner by taking into account of the fee already been paid by the late father of the petitioner, it would be considered and the needful would be undertaken by the respondents within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and having taken note of the factual matrix as projected by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following orders: There shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 30.11.2022 by taking note of the fee already been paid in this regard and complete the survey of the land of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
