O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 3rd respondent culminating in and by his Memo No.O.M.No.9341/2007 dated 09.05.2007 and quash the same and consequently directing the 3rd respondent to grant separate patta to the petitioner for his land situated in Survey No.320/1, Kollankovil Village, Erode Circle, Erode District.

2. When the matter was listed on several occasions, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, i.e., 02.08.2021, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
