Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the Commissioner, West Panchayat Union, Madurai, the third respondent herein made in Na.Ka.No.1606/06/A5 dated 26.04.2006 in appointing the fourth respondent herein as the Nutritious Meal Organiser in the petitioner's school and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to hold fresh selection for the post of Nutritious Meal Organiser in the petitioner's school from out of the panel submitted by the petitioner on 09.03.2006 as per the existing Government orders governing the post and consequently, issue the order of appointment to any one of the person selected from out of the panel and issue appropriate orders within a short date that may be fixed by this Court.
